Delivery time

The goods are shipped within 7 working days of receipt of the order in the case of cash on delivery or within 7 working days of receipt of payment on account (depending on the payment method selected).

If the required goods are not in stock, the customer will be promptly informed of the listed contacts and the goods will be delivered as soon as possible, but no later than within 2 weeks of receipt of the order or payment on account.

In special cases, for goods on order, the delivery date is specified separately for specific goods.

The Buyer will be informed as soon as possible of the order being received and its subsequent processing.

Freight cost

When delivering the goods, the buyer will be charged for shipping according to the selected carrier and the selected payment type. You can find exact information in this transport pricelist.

The above conditions apply to end customers. Wholesale charges are governed by separate Wholesale Terms and Conditions.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, the warranty period is 24 months, and only for products that are used for normal, non-commercial use. The warranty covers manufacturing defects.

The buyer has the right to free, timely and proper removal of the defect within the warranty. If this is not possible, the buyer is entitled to request a reasonable discount on the price of the product.

The warranty period starts on the day of receipt of the goods by the buyer, on payment on delivery on the day of receipt and payment of the goods, when paying in advance to the account on the day of delivery of the goods by the seller.

Complaint

Conditions for accepting a claim:

- the product has been used in accordance with the instructions and intended use

- the defect has been reported immediately after finding out - the warranty period has not been exceeded

- proof of purchase has been submitted

- the buyer is obliged to file a claim with the seller

- the seller assesses the legitimacy of the claim and decides on the solution

- if the defect is not detected or if the defect is not subject to warranty conditions, the claim will not be accepted

Claim not applicable when:

- with normal product wear

- improper use of the product

- if the product is damaged due to improper maintenance

The seller is not responsible for damage to the goods during transport.

The Seller undertakes to settle the complaint within 30 days of receipt of the subject of the complaint. The Seller shall immediately inform the consumer about the result of the claim.

Withdrawal from the contract

a) When purchasing goods in the e-shop anavy.cz, the buyer has the right to return the goods without giving any reason within 14 days of its purchase (takeover).

b) Since the goods have the character of personal hygiene aids, it is not possible to exercise the right of returning the goods for already used products.

c) When returning the goods without giving any reason, the amount paid will be credited to the account number submitted by the buyer.

d) The seller shall refund the amount paid to the buyer according to the conditions specified above within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.

e) If the buyer withdraws from the contract, the seller shall return to the buyer all funds, including the delivery costs, received by the seller immediately and at the latest within 14 days of withdrawal, in the same manner. The seller shall return the received money to the buyer in a different way only if the buyer agrees with it and does not incur additional costs.

f) If the buyer withdraws from the purchase contract, the seller is not obliged to return the received funds to the buyer before the buyer passes the goods or proves that the goods were sent to the seller.

g) The seller is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract due to the sellout of the goods, the unavailability of the goods, or when the manufacturer, importer or supplier of goods has interrupted the production or import of goods. The seller shall immediately inform the buyer via the e-mail address specified in the order and shall return all funds, including delivery costs, received from him under the contract in the same manner or manner determined by the buyer within 14 days of notification of withdrawal.

h) The buyer may not withdraw from the contract for the delivery of goods modified according to the buyer's wishes or for his person.

Cash on delivery will not be accepted upon return!

Customer's account

a) Upon registration by the buyer made in the online store, the buyer can access his customer account. Buyers can order goods from their customer account. The buyer can also order goods without registration.

b) When registering for a customer account and ordering goods, the buyer is obliged to provide correct and truthful information. The buyer is obliged to update the data stated in the User Account in any change. The information given by the buyer in the customer account and when ordering goods is considered by the seller to be correct.

c) Access to the customer account is secured by username and password. The buyer is obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding the information necessary to access his customer account. The seller is not responsible for any misuse of the customer account by third parties.

d) The buyer is not entitled to allow the use of the Customer account to third parties.

e) The seller may cancel the User account, especially if the buyer does not use the User account longer, or if the buyer breaches its obligations under the purchase agreement and these terms and conditions.

f) Buyer acknowledges that the user account may not be available continuously, especially with regard to the necessary maintenance of hardware and software vendor.

Protection of personal data

By sending the order, the buyer agrees to include his data in the seller's database.

The Seller undertakes not to provide this information to third parties.

The owner and operator Ivana Filipovičová is in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. Section 16 registered with the Office for Personal Data Protection and is pursuant to Article 4 (7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).
